Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Professional to join our team and drive excellence in human resources management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) initiatives. Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Lever, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent.
- Oversee HRIS systems including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Kronos, UltiPro, and Ceridian to maintain accurate employee data and streamline HR workflows.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth adoption of new HR technologies or policies.
- Administer payroll processing through platforms like ADP or Paycom, ensuring timely and accurate compensation delivery.
- Develop and deliver training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, providing guidance on policies and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates via HR sourcing tools and conducting interviews to select the best fit for various roles.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making, improve processes, and support strategic planning.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing administrative tasks related to human resources management.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP or Kronos is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Experience in talent acquisition strategies using ATS tools like Lever or iCIMS.
- Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, training & development, and human resources sourcing activities.
- Administrative experience with data entry, data collection, and maintaining HR records accurately.
- Technical proficiency in HR-related software such as Salesforce, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro is a plus.
