As a Customer Service and Sales team member you will:
- Greet every customer with a smile and warm welcome
- Be ready with personalized bread and pastry suggestions for each customer
- Work as part of a small team providing exceptional customer service including getting to know your regular customers
- Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
- Take pride in our bread and pastry items by ensuring they are packaged and displayed properly so they look appealing and ready to eat
- Answer the phone and respond to on-line orders promptly
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 9 kg., occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
- Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
