Feedback from another contractor regarding the company director:
"I have been having a meaningful mentorship experience at MAC Speech Therapy. My mentor, Megan, has been very supportive of my development as a new clinician. She provides ongoing guidance, constructive feedback, and reassurance when navigating the needs of various clients and their families. Megan creates a supportive environment that allows me to learn, reflect, and grow with confidence. In addition to supporting the development of my clinical skills, she also supports my well-being, including maintaining mental health and balance in clinical practice."
Providing a space where our therapists feel supported, respected, and collaborative while establishing a strong work-life balance is at the forefront of our mission. We hope you consider joining our team!
