We’re growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual Account Manager who is excited to build relationships, learn recruitment, and grow within the staffing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hybrid sales + recruiting role where you’ll support both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Sales & Client Relationship Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Learn client hiring needs and help develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
- Support business development initiatives and market research
- Maintain accurate notes and activity within the CRM/ATS
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
- Write and post job advertisements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an HR, Business, or related program preferred
- Previous recruitment, staffing, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with people over phone, email, and video
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS systems is an asset

Compensation
- Base salary + commission/bonus structure
Pay: $37,400.00-$42,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
