Healing Hearts Care In Home Services Inc. is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care. We service individuals that live in their homes, as well as in retirement communities. We are patient-centred and strive to exceed all our clients expectations through our services.
We are currently seeking skilled Nurses to service our clients in the Niagara Falls, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, monitoring health and identifying potential issues
- Assessing and documenting patient symptoms, progression, and response to treatment
- Experience with Tracheostomy Care ,Ostomy, IV, Vent, G/J-Feed, CADD, PICC, experience considered an asset.
Skills:
- Excellent patient care skills, including the ability to assess patient needs, provide emotional support, and promote patient comfort, proactive reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
