Securalink is looking for an eager and motivated sales specialist to help us draw more clientele towards our growing business.
This position will involve approaching prospective clients – both commercial and residential, via cold call, email/online outreach, and door to door sales. Your goal will be to fully educate potential customers on the benefits of the security systems we offer, and successfully finalize a deal with those interested.
This is an uncapped commission based role, with minimum wage top-off. Flexible hours.
An ideal candidate is someone who considers themselves to be charismatic, extroverted, and motivated. Hearing “No” is not a failure, it‘s a data point, and sales is a numbers game. Rejection = redirection.
Cold sales experience is a preferred asset. Knowledge of the home and commercial security space is a preferred asset. Post secondary education in business/marketing is preferred, though not required.
