Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the pristine presentation of our dealership's vehicle lot, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization standards.
- Execute efficient and strategic vehicle placement, optimizing lot space to showcase our esteemed vehicle lineup.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, noting any imperfections and coordinating with the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Assist with vehicle movement, including valet parking, organizing, retrieving, and delivering vehicles to clients.
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, offering guidance and information on available inventory and dealership amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership's service area.
- Receive and inspect loaner vehicles. Stage loaners for pick up that day.
- Collaborate with the service team to support their needs, including assisting with vehicle preparation for customer deliveries.
- Bring tires in and out from tire storage. Tag the tires. Stage them for pick up from Tirelink. Receive tires from tire link and stage them in the bin.
- Help wash cars
- Help with a shuttle if the shuttle driver is busy
- Help with Parts scrapping and receiving.
- Follow dealership safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Basic manual labour as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished, professional appearance for the dealership's vehicle lot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic dealership setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Offer an excellent customer service experience at the dealership
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Class “G” driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles safely.
