Duties

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data across various accounts.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, or areas for improvement.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents and office administrative files to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
