Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties, ensuring a spotless and professional look. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be capable of heavy lifting, and have experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments. Duties
- Clean windows exterior surfaces using water-fed pole system and power tools as needed
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning, including removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Utilize custodial experience to handle different types of glass surfaces and frames effectively
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve streak-free results
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients or building management regarding cleaning needs or issues
- Assist with other custodial or light maintenance duties as assigned to support overall facility cleanliness
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights if necessary
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to window washing
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Prior experience with facilities maintenance or custodial services is a plus but not mandatory
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
