Are you looking for a hands-on construction role where no two days are the same We're seeking motivated Skilled Labourers to join a busy concrete and construction crew. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with concrete experience who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team.
THE JOB
As a Skilled Labourer, you'll support the crew with a variety of construction tasks, including:
- Assisting with job site setup and preparation
- Helping form concrete pads, walkways, and curbs
- Assisting with the construction of fences and patios
- Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
- Transporting soil, gravel, and other aggregates throughout the job site
- Performing site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment
- Assisting with the operation of construction equipment such as compactors, jackhammers, and hammer drills
- Completing other general construction duties as assigned
WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY
- $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
REQUIRMENTS
- Previous construction experience, concrete installation or concrete finishing experience
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable with frequent bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
