Sales Representative – Lead Generation (Door-to-Door)
The Role
Hourly pay guaranteed. This is a lead generation role, not a high-pressure sales role. Your job is to start friendly conversations with homeowners, identify those interested in improving their outdoor space, and generate qualified leads for our in-home sales team. You won't be expected to quote projects or close sales at the door.

Deckify is growing, and we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to help us connect homeowners with premium decking and outdoor living solutions.
Compensation
- $20/hour guaranteed
- PLUS $15 for every validated lead you generate
Our goal is to consistently average one qualifying lead per hour, and you'll receive the training and coaching to help you get there.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned neighbourhoods throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Start confident, friendly conversations with homeowners about deck repairs, replacements, and outdoor living projects.
- Identify qualified prospects and collect accurate contact information.
- Use your smartphone to follow routes and track your daily results.
- Continuously improve your performance through coaching and feedback.

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, events, door-to-door, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation (vehicle or transit) to work in different neighbourhoods throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Smartphone for route tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable walking outdoors for 3-4 hrs in varying weather.
Schedule
- Part-time (potential to full time)
- Evening and weekend shifts
- Approximately 12–20 hours per week
