Responsibilities
As the face of our clinic, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
- Create a warm, positive first impression, greeting visitors and answering all inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep the schedule operating smoothly by managing phone calls, monitoring appointments, and confidently resolving scheduling delays .
- Support daily functions using digital tools, helping with patient engagement and retention initiatives.
- Protect patient and employee privacy by handling all health and financial information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate accounts by safely collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Effectively communicate and submit claims to private insurance providers and manage incoming patient referrals.
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain a clean space, ensuring our clinic stays pristine, welcoming, and organized.
- Contribute to a clinic culture of safety, respect, inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy, excellent verbal/written communication, and stellar customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a medical, rehab, or wellness center is a major plus.
- A proven ability to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential health and financial information.
- High initiative, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with JaneApp is considered an asset.
