What You’ll Be Doing — Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of HVAC and heating equipment in residential and commercial buildings across the GTA
- Perform planned and preventative maintenance and respond promptly to tenant and building service calls
- Carry out gas-related work in accordance with your G1/G2 certification and applicable TSSA codes and regulations
- Complete admin workflows on work orders, service reports, and job documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate professionally with property managers, building superintendents, and condominium boards
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule for emergency service
- Mentor and supervise apprentices, sharing your knowledge and upholding our quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all applicable health, safety, and building codes
What You’ll Bring to the Team — Qualifications & Requirements
- A valid HVAC licence (313A) and a G1 or G2 gas licence
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the service and condominium / high-rise sector
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong administrative skills: creating work orders, adding materials, communicating action plans to management, and documenting completed work
- The highest attention to detail and thoroughness
- A valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a clean or satisfactory driving record.
- Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
