Role Overview
As a Seasonal Boat and RV Lot Attendant, you’ll be responsible for preparing rental units for upcoming guests by cleaning, organizing, inspecting, and staging trailers and equipment. This role plays a major part in maintaining the quality and presentation of our fleet.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, pays attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Clean and sanitize RV interiors and exteriors
- Restock supplies and prepare trailers for upcoming rentals
- Wash trailers, boats, and company equipment
- Assist with pre-rental and post-rental inspections
- Organize and maintain the rental yard and storage areas
- Identify and report maintenance or damage concerns
- Support drivers and operations staff during busy periods
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability during peak season
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience cleaning, detailing, yard maintenance, or RV preparation
- Experience operating trucks or trailers is an asset
- General mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required
