Santana Behavioural Services aims to provide services to a severely underserved youth and adult population, to assist individuals with Autism/Autistic individuals and those diagnosed with other Developmental Disabilities, and their families, to overcome barriers, in order to live a meaningful, independent, and successful life. Santana Behavioural Services also aims to help shape the future of behaviour analysis and ensure effective therapies are being delivered by providing quality and effective supervision services to students and service providers.
Reporting to the Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor, the Behaviour Analyst is responsible for conducting assessments, developing programming, attending meetings, analyzing client data to make decisions, and working directly with clients while delivering ABA services in-home, in-centre or in the community.
The Registered Behaviour Analyst will also:
- Develop, implement and train supervised behaviour therapists on programming
- Attend sessions as scheduled
- Ensure frequent communication with supervised behaviour therapists to inform programming updates
- Collect, enter, and analyze data from the online data management platform
- Write session notes and enter session attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Have at least 2 year of experience as an RBA (Independent Practice) working with youth and adults with developmental disabilities and with severe challenging behaviour
- Be registered as a behaviour analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Have a good understanding of autism and other developmental disabilities, challenging behaviour, and applied behaviour analysis
- Have knowledge about the SBT process
- Knowledge about Precision Teaching and the Standard Celeration Chart an asset
- Have flexible availability during days and evenings. Weekend opportunities available

- Be reliable and dependable, and able to work independently in clients’ homes

Yearly Salary: $60,000-70,000, based on experience and merit.
