About Yes Buddy
Yes Buddy is a fast-growing Northern Ontario service company built on strong relationships, reliable service, and a commitment to helping customers care for the vehicles, fleets, equipment, and assets they rely on every day.
Through Yes Buddy Detail and Yes Buddy Fleet Solutions, we serve individual, commercial, industrial, municipal, mining, construction, transportation, marine, and fleet customers.
We have grown quickly, and we are continuing to grow.
Now, we are looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.
This is not a role where you will simply inherit a list of accounts and maintain the status quo. We are looking for a commercially driven business builder who can hunt for opportunities, open doors, build relationships with key decision-makers, secure service agreements, shape market strategy, create systems, and help build the commercial side of the company from the ground up.
You will work directly with the owner and play a meaningful role in the future direction of Yes Buddy.
The Opportunity
There is a certain type of person who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
Someone who is energized by getting into the market, meeting decision-makers, building trust, developing strategy, and turning conversations into long-term business.
Someone who does not wait for leads to appear. They create opportunities.
Someone who can walk into an unfamiliar market, identify the right people, understand their needs, and build a path toward a deal.
We are looking for that person.
As Business Development Manager, you will own the commercial growth of Yes Buddy. You will help develop our market strategy, build and manage the sales pipeline, create repeatable commercial systems, secure long-term service agreements, strengthen existing accounts, and recommend the people, tools, partners, or resources needed to help the company grow.
This role requires both strategy and execution.
You must be willing to think at a high level, build the plan, and then get into the field and make it happen.
