By joining Kardium’s ERP team, you can help make a difference in the lives of millions around the world. You’ll operate as a hands-on Supply Chain Business Analyst (BA), working at the intersection of ERP and Manufacturing Execution (MES) to support Kardium’s scaling manufacturing operations.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
Your responsibilities include:
- Partner with SMEs, BPOs and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Apply strong BA fundamentals: attention to detail, structured thinking, workflow mapping, and clear articulation of business needs
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and drive improvements including automation and efficiency gains
- Define business and functional requirements for ERP/MES, including workflows, use cases, and system interactions
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions
- Design, execute, and support testing (functional, integration, UAT) with clear traceability from requirements to outcomes
- Support training development and delivery for end users and stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current on ERP, MES, and supply chain best practices
What you bring to the team

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in supply chain / ERP environments
- Proven BA skillset: stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, workflow/process mapping, and solution design
- Hands-on ERP experience (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Deep understanding of supply chain and operations processes (planning, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics)
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., medical device, FDA, Health Canada) is strongly preferred
- Exposure to eQMS and/or PLM systems is an asset
- Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, or Critical Manufacturing ecosystems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% Retirement Savings Plan contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $97,000 - $146,000 (CAD Annually)
