Job Requirements

Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Marriott brand goals

Thoroughly clean assigned rooms and public spaces-make beds, change sheets, replenish clean towels and toiletries, sweep, mop, vacuum, dusting, disinfect, polishing, washing windows, walls, and ceilings, pick up debris, empty trash

Take the initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests

Thoroughly understand and implement Marriott brand service culture

Perform all shift checklist responsibilities

Able to work independently

Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards

Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods

Perform other duties as required
