Estimator / Customer Service Qualifications:
As an Estimator / Customer Service Representative, you will connect with both existing and new potential clients in person, by phone or email. You will collect information regarding their print, large format or related request(s). You will have proficient computer, math and organizational skills. Utilizing our estimating software, you will prepare estimates, create work dockets and communicate with the team to produce a high quality product. You will be a team player that has exceptional communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet customer and provide a professional introduction.
- Collect necessary information to create a print order or estimate.
- Using our estimating software to provide quotations.
- Create detailed work dockets for other departments to understand and follow.
- Submit quotation to customer, with follow up thereafter.
- Organize and file work dockets after completion of order.
- Prepare invoices and packing slips.
- Deal with third party companies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing estimating software with a strong math background.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as rulers, and tape measures.
