As a Live-In Superintendent - Team of two, for a high-rise Condominium residential building. You'll be responsible for maintaining and operating a condominium property, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & maintaining of common areas
- Handling resident service requests
- Overseeing building security
- Coordinating with contractors
- Conducting property inspections
- Minor repairs as needed
- Administrative duties
- Handle and manage emergencies, including after-hours situations, as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience in building maintenance or property management
- Cleaning experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential
- Willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task
- Basic computer knowledge
- A strong sense of responsibility and work ethic is essential
- A clear Police background check
