As a Business Growth Partner, you'll own business growth for two offerings that are changing how organizations develop their people:
- Novah by Intuity Performance. Our AI powered leadership development thinking partner. Novah brings coaching intelligence to leaders in the moments between sessions, where the real growth happens.
- Leadership development cohorts. Evidence based group programs built on the SOMAH framework, developing the human skills research keeps pointing to: emotional intelligence, adaptability, cultural intelligence, and resilience.

What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of success in consultative B2B business development, ideally in leadership development, coaching, Saas leadership technology, or professional services.
· Experience selling to HR executives, founders, operational leaders, or C-suite decision-makers.
· Working knowledge of leadership development, emotional intelligence, organizational behaviour, or executive coaching.
· Experience within STEM sectors.
· Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded problem solver.
· Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
· Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, client meetings, and networking.
What You Will Do to Contribute to Success
· Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan across North America that builds a healthy pipeline, from first conversation to signed agreement.
· Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover leadership, culture, and organizational performance challenges.
· Position leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching, assessments, keynote services, and NOVAH as integrated business solutions.
· Build long-term executive partnerships that generate measurable client outcomes and expand strategic accounts.
· Represent Intuity through conferences, networking, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
· Collaborate with the CEO to identify market opportunities, refine offerings, and influence go-to-market strategy.
· Contribute to sustainable revenue growth while increasing Intuity's market share and reputation.
· Become recognized as a trusted leadership advisor within the industries we serve.
Your First 12 Months
· Become fluent in Intuity’s methodologies and technologies including our SOMAH leadership methodology and NOVAH platform.
· Secure new enterprise clients while expanding strategic accounts.
· Develop a strong executive network within your target industries.
· Provide market intelligence that influences future service development.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
