Concrete is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years experience managing complex multi-layered creative projects and be available for a 6-month contract.
Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, respond well to quick turnaround requirements, appreciate all aspects of branding and design, and would flourish (remotely) in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
This position has the following responsibilities:
- Acts as client contact on daily management of projects
- Keeps all internal departments informed on account developments
- Develops internal briefing documents
- Develops client budgets
- Manages day-to-day account activities internally and externally
- Is proactive at initiating projects internally
- Prepares monthly BCR reconciliation
A successful candidate for for this position would have skills and experience in:
- Project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of profitability and estimating
- Budget management
- Proven ability to learn quickly/self starter
