DAY SHIFT ONLY! Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities and Property Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience in material handling, repairs (non manufacturing equipment ) (walkies, reach, forklfit), and experience with facilities management. This role is vital in ensuring the facilities inside are operating effectively and outside grounds is maintained.
What You will Do
- Daily inspection of facilities for deficiencies (example lights, outdoor waste, equipment,)
- Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance (door handles, hinges, shelves, painting, minor pluming, painting)
- Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and minor electrical fixtures.
- Conduct minor plumbing fixes (tighten faucets, unclog sinks/toilets).
- Patch minor wall damage and perform painting touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production and office when required to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Skilled in troubleshooting, mechanical repair(non production equipment and general facilities maintenance
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation.
- Some mechanical knowledge relevant to office and plant operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
