What You’ll Do
As the face of Phillips within your territory, you'll be responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our brands continue to stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a deep understanding of territory attributes, community engagement and individual accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and key accounts.
- Identifying new opportunities to increase sales, distribution, and market presence.
- Executing impactful displays, promotions, and activation programs.
- Prospecting and converting new business opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Representing Phillips professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and community activations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain an active and engaged attitude as a member of the craft beer community and keep current on industry trends and market activity

- Actively contribute to the continued growth of one of BC's most recognized craft beverage brands.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- A valid BC Driver's License.
- Passion for craft beer, craft spirits, and the evolving non-alcoholic beverage space.
