Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service or hospitality, possess strong time management skills, and be committed to maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met
- Mix and serve basic drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to all alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills
- Assist in setting up tables, cleaning up after service, and restocking supplies as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming environment for all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing tabs effectively
- Experience in serving, bartending, or food service roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.50 per hour
