Job Description:Varchuk Property Services Inc. is hiring a driven and reliable Technician Lead to take ownership of daily job execution and crew leadership within our exterior services team. This position is designed for individuals who lead by example, can pull their own weight physically, and are confident in managing both hands-on work and on-site responsibilities. The Technician Lead is responsible for performing high-quality exterior window cleaning, siding and soffit washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal holiday lighting services, while also overseeing crew performance, client satisfaction, safety compliance, and job completion. This role involves working outdoors, operating company vehicles, interacting directly with clients, handling payments, and reporting to management. Responsibilities:
- Perform all exterior cleaning services to company quality and safety standards
- Lead and oversee crew member on-site, ensuring efficiency and proper training
- Conduct full job walkthroughs with clients and address satisfaction concerns
- Collect payment upon job completion and request Google reviews when appropriate
- Safely operate ladders, pressure washers, water-fed poles, and job equipment
- Complete required hazard assessment forms prior to each job
- Transport team members between job sites using company vehicles
- Accurately complete daily reports and submit required documentation
- Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, and company policies at all times
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites in clean, organized condition
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle 60+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Strong English communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and reporting
- Full-time availability, including early starts, extended days, and occasional weekends
- Valid driver’s license with ability to safely operate company vehicles
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks
