Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care across diverse age groups, including pediatrics. Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical expertise and diagnostic tools such as CAD
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases
- Utilize dental software such as Abeldent to document patient records, treatment plans, and billing information accurately
- Administer various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote overall dental health
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experiences
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance clinical outcomes
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and medical terminology standards
Skills
- Proficiency with dental management software such as Abeldent is highly desirable
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with CAD technology for designing restorations or other dental appliances
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and coordinate with team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
