Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Administrator to join our team. This role combines financial management with administrative responsibilities, supporting the overall financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, proficiency with various accounting software, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and smooth administrative processes.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other platforms for bookkeeping and financial management
- Conduct auditing procedures to verify the accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports, account analysis, and assist with budgeting processes
- Oversee payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation
- Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and correspondence related to finance operations
- Assist with financial services tasks including client invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with familiarity in corporate finance environments
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and payroll processes
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial analysis techniques
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: $43,685.39-$86,744.77 per year
