Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Holistic Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Deliver customized holistic massage sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology to meet individual client needs
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and discuss their wellness goals to tailor treatments effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space following health and safety standards
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or lifestyle adjustments
- Keep detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client feedback
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout each session
- Stay updated on the latest holistic massage techniques, industry trends, and health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a massage therapist with a focus on holistic approaches
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and listen attentively to client needs
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program; licensure or registration as required by local regulations
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
