The Gear Centre Group, a leading provider of powertrain parts and service for the automotive, heavy truck and off highway equipment industries, is currently seeking a Warehouse Person for our West Edmonton location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all shipping and receiving of products
- Recording and properly storing product received into inventory
- Occasional deliveries using a company half-ton truck may be required
Experience:
- 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience is required
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn other software programs as required
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all orders
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability, self-initiative and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract
- Valid forklift certification is considered an asset
