As we continue to grow our corporate division, we are seeking a motivated sales professional to help expand our presence within the government, corporate, and institutional sectors.
Position Summary:
The Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing corporate accounts for Bloomex and Things Engraved.
This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, lead generation, outreach, relationship building, and closing new business. The successful candidate will identify organizations that can benefit from corporate gifting programs, employee recognition initiatives, client appreciation gifts, event gifting, awards programs, and floral services.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Prospecting
* Identify and research potential corporate, government, association, and institutional clients.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
* Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
* Generate appointments and meetings with key decision-makers.
Corporate Account Acquisition
* Present Bloomex and Things Engraved products and services to prospective clients.
* Develop customized gifting and recognition solutions based on client needs.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
* Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
* Close new business opportunities and secure long-term corporate relationships.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
* Develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
* Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
* Work with clients on seasonal gifting programs, employee recognition initiatives, conferences, events, and customer appreciation campaigns.
* Maintain regular contact with key accounts to maximize lifetime value.
Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.
* Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, opportunities, and forecasts.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, customer service, production, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for new products or services.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or corporate sales.
* Experience selling to corporate, government, or institutional clients is an asset.
* Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
* Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
