Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for an immediate short-term assignment on behalf of our client.
This role involves supporting general warehouse operations, assisting with production tasks, and completing local deliveries as required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and handling heavy lifting.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, moving, and handling materials
- Assist with light production tasks as required
- Load, unload, and deliver cases of water throughout the city when needed
- Operate pallet jack (experience considered an asset)
- Safely lift and move items exceeding 100 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ability to perform heavy physical labour in a fast-paced, hot working environment
- Must be able to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an asset
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Duration: 2–3 weeks (with possibility of extension based on business needs)
- Hours: 30–40 hours per week
