Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to workers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop strategies for process improvement.

Skills
