Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk & Office Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their office skills and gain experience in data management and clerical tasks. Responsibilities
- Input and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data collection, verification, and reporting tasks
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and report generation
- Support team members with administrative projects as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Maintain organized records to facilitate easy retrieval of information

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
