We are currently seeking an insurance professional for a Commercial Associate position within our organization. The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Experience with Applied Epic an asset
- Experience with insurance company portals an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist co-workers
- Possession of a Level 1 Insurance License
The duties for this position will include, but not be limited to:
- Submitting proposals to insurance companies
- Processing and invoicing of insurance policies
- Issuing and uploading Certificates/Confirmations of Insurance
- Updating insurance schedules
- Maintaining detailed client logs
- Providing personalized service to clients
- Assisting co-workers as may be required
