About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help grow our home care services throughout the GTA. This role is responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, increasing referrals, and driving business growth.
Candidates with pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience.
- Commission based on achieving sales goals, with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in monthly commission.
Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
- Meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, retirement homes, long-term care homes, case managers, and other healthcare partners.
- Promote All Ways of Caring's home care services to referral sources and community organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate client referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support business growth.
- Attend networking events, community meetings, and industry events to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of referral sources.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or business development.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the home care industry is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
