Human Resources Manager

Enoch Wealth Inc. is a growing alternative investment and wealth management firm serving clients across Canada. As a registered Exempt Market Dealer, we work with high-net-worth investors, advisors, product partners, and internal teams across investment products, compliance, operations, marketing, client service, and technology.
We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function and support the continued growth of the organization. This is a full-cycle HR role for someone who is comfortable operating both strategically and practically — from recruitment and onboarding to talent review, compensation, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and organizational development.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the management team, the HR Manager will play a key role in helping Enoch Wealth attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent. The successful candidate will help strengthen the company’s ability to bring in the right people, support employee growth, improve retention, and build a professional, accountable, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and identify the skills, experience, and qualities needed for long-term success.
- Develop strategies to attract strong candidates in a competitive talent market.
- Strengthen Enoch Wealth’s employer brand and candidate experience to ensure the company is positioned as an attractive place to build a career.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Talent Retention & Employee Engagement
- Work closely with the CEO and management team to identify, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
- Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, career growth, recognition, and long-term retention.
- Help managers create clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and development opportunities for employees.
- Identify potential retention risks and recommend practical solutions to improve employee satisfaction and team stability.
- Support a workplace culture that rewards performance, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Talent Review & Performance Management
- Lead or support talent review processes, including performance discussions, succession planning, employee development, and role progression.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, manager feedback, performance documentation, and follow-up.
- Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create pathways for growth within the company.
- Help improve role clarity, accountability, team structure, and leadership effectiveness.
Compensation, Bonus & Rewards
- Support compensation review, salary benchmarking, bonus planning, and employee rewards programs.
- Work with leadership to ensure compensation and bonus decisions are fair, competitive, performance-based, and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide input on compensation strategies that help attract and retain strong talent.
- Maintain accurate compensation records and support annual review processes.
Full-Cycle Human Resources
- Manage the day-to-day HR function across the organization.
- Support managers and employees on HR matters, workplace expectations, policies, employee relations, and performance issues.
- Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee records, and internal HR documentation.
- Ensure HR practices are consistent, professional, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Management Team Support
- Act as a trusted HR partner to the CEO and department leaders.
- Provide practical advice on hiring, retention, employee development, performance issues, compensation, and organizational planning.
- Help implement people initiatives that support company growth, compliance, culture, and operational effectiveness.
- Bring a proactive, business-minded HR approach to help the company scale while maintaining a strong and professional team environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and retention initiatives.
- Experience working in financial services, wealth management, investments, banking, insurance, real estate, or a professional services environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of BC employment standards, HR best practices, and workplace compliance.
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruitment and attract strong candidates for a range of roles.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, retention, talent review, compensation, bonus, or performance review processes.
- Strong communication, judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a growing, entrepreneurial business environment.
- Professional fluency in English is required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language ability is considered an asset, particularly in supporting communication within a multilingual workplace and client-service environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
