Skills:
LCT qualifications ($28-30/hr)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LCT
- Valid drivers license with a clean 5 years drivers abstract
- Execute effective traffic management plans with proper equipment
- Understand Moti, WorkSafeBC Part 18 and MVA
- Must be available Monday-Friday and 1 weekend per month
- Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Cell phone required
- Complete Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA) forms
- Completion of required Traffic Management Plan (TMP’s) for every setup
- Daily vehicle maintenance checklist, report any concerns to Dispatch
- Managing all site Health and Safety concerns during traffic control procedures
- Monitor and adjust lane closures as necessary, considering factors such as traffic volume, road conditions, and weather
