We are seeking a dependable and hardworking outdoor maintenance and general labourer to join our team. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks throughout the year, including winter snow removal, summer lawn care and fence construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform snow removal services (shoveling, salting, clearing walkways, operating equipment)
- Provide lawn maintenance and groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, edging, power sweeping and general property upkeep)
- Assist with fence building and repair
- Complete general labour tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending and performing manual labour
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction or similar field is an asset
Perferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating basic landscaping or construction tools
- Valid drivers license (if applicable)
