Location: Oshawa, ON (Hybrid - 2 days remote)
Structure: Contract 24 months
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables
-
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a large-scale ERP Transformation Program, ensuring successful execution within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Develop and manage comprehensive project governance including project charters, integrated project plans, communications, risk and issue management, financial tracking, stakeholder reporting, and milestone management while ensuring transparent executive reporting.

Facilitate Agile project delivery by leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching project teams on Agile principles, removing delivery impediments, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead organizational change, quality assurance, stage gate reviews, transition-to-operations activities, and cross-project coordination while ensuring successful adoption of ERP, CRM, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems solutions across the enterprise.
Experience Required

10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives, preferably within manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments, including multiple concurrent technology projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification required; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred; Change Management certification (CCMP, CM2) considered an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience serving as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, with proven expertise leading Agile teams using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies while facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.

Strong experience implementing enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems, with exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, business transformation, and large-scale system integration considered highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, communication, risk management, financial oversight, and strategic planning skills with demonstrated ability to influence executives, manage ambiguity, oversee multiple priorities, and successfully deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.
