- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
