We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during various events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality service while ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event space.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hotel or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
