We’re a fast‑growing, high‑standards dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator who’s equal parts communicator and strategist. You’ll be the face, the voice, and the steady hand guiding patients through their treatment journey from first conversation to final signature.

Experience in dental or medical settings is a major advantage. Familiarity with Tracker is even better. But above all, we want someone with presence.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, a.k.a. the person they trust to explain treatment, finances, and next steps
- Break down treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and advanced communication skills
- Confidently discuss payment options, insurance details, and financial arrangements
- Manage scheduling and patient flow like an air‑traffic controller
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and composure, even when conversations get tough
- Support front‑office operations when needed (phones, emails, follow‑ups, etc.)
What You Need to Bring
- Experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)
- Strong grasp of medical/dental terminology
- Exceptional communication skills: articulate, polished, persuasive
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate conflict gracefully
- Organizational skills that keep the day running smoothly
- A patient‑focused mindset with the confidence to guide people through big decisions
