We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to practice dental hygiene to its full scope while working in a supportive, low-stress setting that values quality patient care above production targets.

Responsibilities
● Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
● Provide scaling and root planing services
● Take and interpret dental radiographs
● Develop individualized treatment plans
● Deliver oral health education and preventive care
● Administer fluoride treatments and sealants
● Perform services within the New Brunswick Dental Hygienists scope of practice
● Maintain accurate electronic patient records
● Collaborate with referral partners and specialists when required
Additional Scope Opportunities
For hygienists interested in utilizing their full scope of practice, opportunities may include:
● Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) applications
● Glass ionomer/Ketac therapeutic restorations where permitted within scope
● Preventive and minimally invasive treatments for children, seniors, and patients awaiting restorative care
● Teeth whitening services
● Custom oral appliance services
Please note: Hygienists are never required to perform any procedure they are not comfortable providing. Applicants interested primarily in traditional dental hygiene services are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
● Current registration with the New Brunswick College of Dental Hygienists
● Current CPR certification
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
