Oakberry is a fast-growing global brand serving açaí bowls, smoothies, and healthy fast food in a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment. We are opening our Fort Street Victoria location and are looking for positive, reliable team members to help us deliver a great guest experience from day one.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our growing team. You will help serve customers, prepare products, keep the store clean and organized, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and related menu items accurately and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Process orders and payments through the POS
- Help with prep, stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store environment
- Answer customer questions and make product recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on your feet and staying active during shifts
- Previous customer service, cashier, café, smoothie, or food service experience is an asset, but not required
- FOODSAFE Level 1 is required. Candidates who do not currently hold it must be willing to obtain it before starting independent food-handling shifts.
