Overview
4/10 schedule. 7:30AM - 6PM Monday to Thursday. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310S Automotive Technician to join our team. This role involves performing comprehensive automotive repairs and maintenance, ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with dealership repairs, and proficiency with various tools and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on quality service and customer satisfaction. Welburn Service has been servicing the community for 44 years.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using advanced mechanical skills and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move parts or equipment safely
- Follow procedures for vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed
- Assist in the assembly of vehicle components or parts during repair or rebuild processes
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs and timelines clearly to clients
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
