Hi, we’re Mizunara, nice to meet you!
We’re a 60+ seat contemporary cocktail bar & restaurant with a focus on Japanese Whisky. Our concept focuses on familial service, local ingredients, and a smooth whisky base for many of our drinks, all set in a warm and elevated atmosphere.
We’re looking for a candidate to join us who wants to learn more about elevated food & drink and deeply cares about making memorable experiences for our guests.
We expect people we hire to be consistent, compassionate, passionate, selfless, and pay attention to detail. We only hire people who are kind and aspire to make a positive difference in the world. We want our team to believe in the core values of artistry, creativity, humanity and sustainability.
As a restaurant professional, we recognize that we represent the company and its values at all times. In and out of the building we are to carry ourselves with excellence. Sense of awareness is a crucial attribute. It is important that we understand each action we take can affect the guest’s experience. Being fully engaged while at work is the only way to achieve greatness. A sense of urgency is vital. We believe strongly in respect for product and technique.
