Journeyman B gas Fitter
Permanent Full Time Position – Williams Lake, BC

Horizon is seeking a Journeyman B gas fitter to join our team. They will focus on our customers’ HVAC service / repair and system upgrade / replacement needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve residential sector and a range of commercial/ industrial clients
- Fulfill assigned customers’ service, repair or system installation needs
- Troubleshoot and solve simple to complex problems in the field
- Determine scopes of work and job estimates (repairs, replacements)
- Collaborate with clients and Horizon support team on jobs
- Complete work that exceeds our customers’ expectations
- Support on-call emergency service (1 week every 6-8 weeks)
Skills and Experience:
- B.C. B Gas ticket (or equivalent) required
- Ideally, with a Red Seal ticket (e.g.: Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Sheet Metal)
- Extensive HVAC / Heating experience (minimum 5 years)
- Valid B.C. Driver’s Licence (or equivalent)
- Boiler knowledge is an asset
- B.C. A Gas ticket (or equivalent) an asset
- Physical / personal capacity to perform the work
- Readiness to pass drug testing, and criminal record check
