Live In Superintendent Team Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Couple who are customer service focused, detail oriented and hard-working. You will be required to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities are but not limited to.
Cleaning/Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas & corridors
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance logs
- Cleaning and preparation of vacant units for new residents
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance
- Minor Grounds maintenance, daily building and mechanical room inspections
Tenant Relations/Administrative
- Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly
- Maintain positive relations with tenants, service providers
- Leasing of current and upcoming vacant units
- Rent collection, bank deposits
- Serve legal documents and notices as needed
- Always ensure resident safety and security
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies
- Maintain fire safety logs and winter logs
General
- On call after hours for emergencies, on duty alternating weekends
- Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, pest control and cleaning logs as required by the City of Toronto
RentSafeTO Program
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements at all times
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
