Rudi is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team full-time. As part of Cottage Hospitality, alongside Wind Cries Mary and Birdman, Rudi has built a reputation for thoughtful food, exceptional hospitality, and a strong commitment to quality.

About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your station, executing dishes to the highest standard, and contributing to a culture of professionalism and teamwork. You will work closely with the leadership team and play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency our guests have come to expect.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and executing menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Managing your station during prep and service
- Assisting with daily preparation and organization of the kitchen
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Supporting junior cooks and helping foster a positive team culture
- Contributing to efficient service and kitchen operations
- Ensuring all products are handled, stored, and prepared correctly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Valid FoodSafe certification
- Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
